Responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and services provided by the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to clients affected by substance use disorders.

Clinical Services
Reporting to the CEO, the Clinical Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals and families affected by substance use disorders. Responsibilities of the Clinical Director may include developing and implementing clinical programs and treatment protocols, supervising clinical staff, monitoring client progress and outcomes, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within NORA's clinical services. The Clinical Director works collaboratively with other members of the executive leadership team and external stakeholders to advance NORA's mission of empowering individuals and communities in their recovery journey.

Responsibilities of the COO may include managing program implementation, overseeing staff and resources, monitoring organizational performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support NORA's mission and objectives. The COO works closely with other members of the executive leadership team to drive innovation, enhance organizational effectiveness, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within NORA. The Lead Evaluator/QA directly reports to the COO.

The CFO works closely with the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors to ensure sound financial stewardship, transparency, and accountability within NORA, while also identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and resource optimization. Both HR Officer and Grant Manager directly reports to the CFO.
